Abby Campbell

Abby Campbell practicum student under the supervision of Lauren Dunn, MS, LPC-S

Abigail is a practicum student at Dallas Theological Seminary currently completing her Masters degree in Counseling. She has her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in Psychology and a minor in Addictive Disorders and Recovery Studies. As part of her education, Abigail is honored to provide counseling services under the supervision of Lauren Dunn, MS, LPC-S.

During her undergraduate and graduate studies, Abigail had the opportunity to mentor college and high school-aged girls through Student Mobilization and Young Life. These experiences have shaped Abigail’s heart for walking alongside people through their challenges and helping them move toward growth, healing, and hope. They also gave Abigail opportunities to lead and navigate difficult conversations with compassion and wisdom—preparing her to serve clients with both grace and clinical integrity.

Her approach to counseling is client-centered, compassionate and collaborative. She believes in creating a safe environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to work toward their personal goals. She welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and is particularly interested in supporting clients navigating life transitions, anxiety and depression, relational concerns and substance abuse.

She is committed to lifelong learning and growth as a future counselor. She is grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside clients in their healing journey!
